Egg in peas masala curry

2 Eggs

3/4 tbsp Flour(maida)

250 gms Peas

3 medium sized tomatoes (chopped)

3 large onions (chopped)

1/4 cup coriander leaves (chopped)

1/4 cup cheese (grated)

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tsp red chilly powder 

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 inch piece ginger

2 pods garlic

3 tab sp garlic

Beat the eggs and mix with flour.  Pour this into a greased tray and steam in a pressure cooker without weight for 5 mins. Remove and cut into small pieces and keep aside. Grind ginger and garlic to a fine paste. Brown the chopped onion in ghee. Add ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, coriander powder and  turmeric powder. Stir well and add green peas.  Add one cup of water and cover and cook for 5 mins. Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Pressure cook  if needed.  Add cheese, egg and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
